Job summary

Selectemp is hiring Construction Workers for multiple Oregon projects. Start ASAP with project-based to full-time opportunities. Compensation starts at $17.00+ per hour, DOE. Work includes roofing, framing, concrete, masonry, and general labor across varied sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of construction experience, are safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work independently or in crews. Benefits include health coverage after 30 days and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of construction experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace and jobsite safety.
• Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting and carrying.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Roofing: assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems.
• Framing & Carpentry: build and assemble framing and other structural components.
• Concrete & Masonry: assist with pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete; brick, block, stone, or other masonry work.
