Salary:

Currently, DeMaria is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Construction Project Superintendent for our Lansing area.

If you possess dynamic leadership capabilities and welcome a challenging position in a fast-paced environment, consider a career opportunity as a Construction Project Superintendent with DeMaria.

Must be available to work in the Lansing area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing overall on-site management of construction projects from start to finish and ensuring timely completion within budget.
2. Coordinating the work of subcontractors at the job site.
3. Monitoring the project schedule and progress to keep it on track. Completing daily reports.
4. Coordinating manpower needs with the Project Manager and other relevant personnel.
5. Following DeMaria Building Company site safety programs continually.
6. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude with Architects, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and estimators by striving to resolve questions or issues related to the project.
7. Initiating, tracking, and recording R.F.Is.

Requirements:

• Four (4) year construction-related degree and a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.
• Complete understanding of plans and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise a large group of people.
• Extensive construction scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude with a high level of personal pride and professionalism.
