The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of sales experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and must be proficient in budget management, problem resolution, and internal collaboration.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $105,000.00 to $169,100.00 with a comprehensive benefits plan for employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, marketing or related field experience.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferable.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Experience planning and executing meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and manage budgets.
• Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value.
