Job summary

MCIS (Marshfield Clinic Information Services) invites a Summer Intern in Project Engineering to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities on active sites. You will gain hands-on experience in project documentation, field coordination, scheduling, and construction processes within a fast-paced environment.

The role supports safety, operations, and quality through RFIs, submittals, log maintenance, and meeting minutes, and uses Procore for project management

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in construction project management and field operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in both field and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project team in planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities.
• Participate in safety activities, pre-task planning, and safety meetings.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and contract documents documentation.
