Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead window and door replacement projects in Knoxville and surrounding areas. You will coordinate crews, review progress, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction project management, window/door installation, or remodeling.
• Experience managing installation crews or subcontractors.
• Experience in window and door installation, construction, or home improvement.
• Strong understanding of installation processes, materials, and job site safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with crews each morning to review projects and set expectations.
• Follow-up on previous projects and outstanding items.
• Review crew paperwork for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review job costs and final labor.
• Check-out with crews each evening and discuss pending issues.
• Attend customer sites to evaluate performance, status, and satisfaction.
• Perform final walk-through and answer questions.
• Create and maintain a pending list of all new and unfinished projects.
