A nationwide civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects. Responsibilities include serving as the liaison between contractors and consultants, ensuring the Project Management Plan is followed, and monitoring construction compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, be a Registered PE in Texas, and have over 5 years of experience in both Construction Engineering Inspection and Project Management. Qualifications
5+ years of Construction, Engineering, Inspection (CEI) experience for Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects.
5+ years of Construction Project Management experience for Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between the contractor, consultant lead engineering, and inspection team.
Ensure Project Management Plan (PMP) is followed.
Monitor overall construction progress and ensure compliance with the Specifications.
Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Identify constructability issues and potential delays.
Lead Contractor Progress Meeting and report progress.
Recommend approval of all pay estimates.
Review and recommend final response to all RFIs.
