A nationwide civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects. Responsibilities include serving as the liaison between contractors and consultants, ensuring the Project Management Plan is followed, and monitoring construction compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, be a Registered PE in Texas, and have over 5 years of experience in both Construction Engineering Inspection and Project Management. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Construction, Engineering, Inspection (CEI) experience for Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects.
• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience for Water/Wastewater and Municipal projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between the contractor, consultant lead engineering, and inspection team.
• Ensure Project Management Plan (PMP) is followed.
• Monitor overall construction progress and ensure compliance with the Specifications.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Identify constructability issues and potential delays.
• Lead Contractor Progress Meeting and report progress.
• Recommend approval of all pay estimates.
• Review and recommend final response to all RFIs.

Kenntnisse

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas
