Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Washington, DC area to lead on-site construction, facility and program management for a federal client.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects from space upgrades to tenant improvements, coordinating budget, schedule and logistics, and ensuring building upkeep and overall client facilities management. A Top Secret Clearance is required to work on this program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site construction and facilities for federal clients.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with space upgrades and reconfiguration.
