Job description

As a Construction Project Manager Trainee at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you can impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. You will have the opportunity to manage and oversee the entire home-building process for a community of new homes. In this structured training program, you will gain hands-on experience alongside a current Project Manager and will master the knowledge and skills you need to effectively manage a job site.

What you will be doing:
  1. Participate in NVR’s comprehensive training program that combines classroom learning and on-the-job experience to prepare you for the Construction Project Manager role.
  2. Enhance the customer experience by working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
  3. Ensure all homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
  4. Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
  5. Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and manage customer relations.
Qualified applicants have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  2. Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  4. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  5. Current Driver’s License.
  6. Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.
