Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Based in Austin, TX, we are a General Contracting firm specializing in ground up commercial construction, and Tenant Improvement projects. We are looking to add to the team and fully growing with a healthy pipeline of projects!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee Tenant Improvement (TI) and Ground Up construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will involve managing all phases of the construction process from initial planning through to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
• Develop and manage project budgets, estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Oversee the quality of work being performed and ensure it meets project standards and specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with Tenant Improvement and Ground Up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and interior finishing techniques.
• Estimating experience would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
