The Construction Project Manager Sr is responsible for overseeing complex projects, including development, implementation, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, turnover, and compliance related to construction, renovation, upgrades, replacements, and repairs of buildings, grounds, facilities, and infrastructure within the UNC Health Care System.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: None required.
Professional Experience Requirements: Minimum of ten (10) years in Maintenance Project Management for institutional buildings, including five (5) years in a supervisory or lead role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Skilled in cost estimation, setting project priorities, supervision, management practices, employee hiring, and performance reviews.
