Qualifications

• Construction supervision and field experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, RFI’s, and submittals.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and issues across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall field operations of a project from safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, and customer relations.
• Oversee projects from beginning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with sub-contractors on quotes to meet specification documents.
• Provide labor costs.
• Communicate project updates to clients and upper management.
• Line out and supervise internal construction crews daily to ensure work is efficient and accurate.
• Develop written schedules and 2-3-week outlooks for manpower management and coordinating subcontractors.
• Perform quality-control and safety walks.
• Enforce company safety program and policies.
