Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field or engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full construction project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and design professionals to define project requirements.
• Obtain permits and manage regulatory prerequisites.
• Support field execution with site visits and planner oversight.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee self-performed work where applicable.
• Maintain submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation logs.
• Track project costs and budgets; communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly owner requisitions and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements and safety standards.
• Support estimating efforts and proposal strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and share project lessons learned.
