Job summary

W3Global seeks a Project Manager to plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. The Project Manager will be the primary representative and point of contact for clients and engineers.

The Project Manager will also provide critical project information regarding project scope, budget, and schedule to the field operations team and manage these objectives through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of five years of construction experience as a Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Be a strong proponent, supporter, and enforcer of the safety program, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure project work complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and standards.
• Manage project profitability and maintain cost-to-completion projections.
• Plan with Superintendents and conduct pre-construction meetings with clients and engineers.
• Develop critical-path schedules and drive monthly billings and look-ahead plans.
• Communicate budget, schedule status, and project updates to stakeholders.
