As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, guiding them through the process of enhancing their homes with our top-tier roofing and siding services. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Utilize construction CRM systems to track project progress and client communications.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed and expectations are met.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and informed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management (roofing & siding preferred).
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency is highly preferred and essential for effective communication in this role.
• Proficiency in construction CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve efficiently.
