Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-value PEMB and steel framing projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery and profitability, collaborating with sales, engineering, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong financial acumen, reading drawings, and coordination across multiple teams; Spanish language skills and PMP

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in construction products.
• Associates or Bachelors in architecture, engineering, or construction management or related field.
• Solid experience with PEMB and conventional steel framing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project finances: cash flow, margins, and job costing; experience with Excel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, budgeting and resource management for high-value projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Sales Support to assess projects and prepare proposals.
• Prepare project management action plans to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Coordinate project teams and external vendors to meet objectives.
• Review project documents, drawings, specs and client requirements to manage scope.
• Oversee project finances including invoicing, change orders and closeout.
• Maintain client communication and executive level reporting.
• Establish fabrication production slots with vendors and factory partners.
• Manage purchase orders and logistics with external resources.
• Address material shortages and installation support promptly.
• Enforce processes and systems to ensure project success.
