Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a Construction Project Manager to organize residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will work with crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-schedule completion and quality work. Entry to mid-level candidates with construction experience are welcome and encouraged to grow into a PM role.

The role emphasizes planning, collaboration across teams, and hands-on site visits to monitor progress and resolve scheduling issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project coordination is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
