Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction handoff to closeout in Birmingham, AL. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, partnering with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and financial management of projects.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate field and office teams.
