Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking an Entry-Level Project Manager in Tampa, FL. You will handle managerial and administrative project duties, including estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, and coordinating with owners and design teams.

You will participate in proposal meetings, oversee subcontractor buyouts, and conduct site meetings to ensure quality and timely delivery. This role offers a path for growth within a values-driven construction family.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
• 0-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and the design team
• Assist in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Support meeting customer requirements and maintain integrity and company values

We are looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our team in Tampa, FL. At ARCO, every associate is empowered to drive their success. You'll be responsible for project performance and profit from day one.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. Including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

Necessary Qualifications:
