Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor on residential housing.
• Strong command of construction drawings, specs, and full project lifecycle.
• Collaborative, team-oriented with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with reliability and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple affordable multifamily construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Review design packages and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in reviewing GC estimates to avoid scope gaps and optimize cost.
• Attend design meetings and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct AHJ and utility meetings to ensure timely project delivery and phasing.
• Perform regular site visits and monitor progress against schedule and budget.
