Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee high-density, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects. The role reports to the Vice President and President of Construction and involves leading project teams to meet or exceed goals related to design, construction, and quality.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality control, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project teams and maintaining professional relationships with design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of construction documents.
• Administering contracts with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Leading value engineering efforts and managing project documentation.
• Reporting project progress and assisting senior management as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, or related field, or ten years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience managing high-density residential and mixed-use construction projects.
