Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is hiring a Project Manager for our Wilmington Division. The role will involve overseeing project performance, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and managing multiple job sites daily across Greenville, Jacksonville, and New Bern areas.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Wilmington area with strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to drive project scope, quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Project Performance (scope, quality, schedule, and cost).
• Engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish cohesive relationships and coordinate job schedules.
• Drive to multiple construction job sites daily for jobsite management.
• Manage Subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget, safe, quality work.
• Track and document expense and revenue to manage margins for each job.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols.
• Provide a positive and engaging work environment.
• Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements.
• Review and approve material/equipment invoices according to the project budget.
• This position reports to the Division Manager.
