Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for their Wilmington Division. Travel will include the Greenville, Jacksonville, and New Bern area, and the ideal candidate will reside in this region.

The role focuses on managing project performance, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and driving on-site execution across multiple sites with a strong emphasis on safety and cost control. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in construction or related field.
• Must have a driver's license and be able to travel regularly.
• Ability to manage project scope, quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project performance, including scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules.
• Travel to multiple construction job sites daily for site management.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget, safe, quality work.
• Monitor margins by tracking expenses and revenue per job.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Review invoices and align with project budgets.
