Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct physical job site inspections and effectively communicate with customers regarding the rebuild process.
2. Develop project budgets based on approved estimates and scopes of work.
3. Maintain regular communication with customers and project coordinators to provide timely updates.
4. Manage the production schedules of subcontractors and trades.
5. Understand processes related to supplements or change orders, facilitating timely submissions and effective communication with all parties.
6. Read and comprehend scopes of work; Xactimate experience is preferred.
7. Navigate the permit process and understand building plans and inspections.
8. Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new subcontractors.
10. Adhere to established job management procedures and contribute your expertise to enhance these processes.

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
2. Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
