Qualifications

• Six years of construction management or related experience for Project Manager 1.
• Seven years of construction management or related experience with large projects ($20M+) for Project Manager 2.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel 50% to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects including subcontracts and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project financial projections.
• Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative.
