Job summary

Curtin Co. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from award to completion in the United States. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and profitable execution while aligning with contract requirements and standards.

Responsibilities include liaison with clients, contract review with cross‑functional teams, and tracking of project schedules and forecasts. Prioritize safety and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Project Management Certification, or minimum five (5) years of construction or related experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory, project coordination, or cross‑functional leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans, understand construction drawings, interpret specifications, and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, email, internet apps; knowledge of HCSS applications preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with timely responsiveness to internal and external needs.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage conflicts and maintain confidentiality.
• Above average organizational skills; multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Always make safety a priority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Curtin Co. and the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle contractor and customer issues promptly and professionally, focusing on service and resolution.
• Work with Estimating and Contracts Manager to understand incoming projects, scope, plans, timelines, and expectations.
• Review contracts and job plans with Operations, Production, Yard, Logistics and other personnel to support planning.
• Attend pre‑construction meetings to track changes and communicate updates to scheduling and administrative staff.
• Track all open jobs and submit closed job lists quarterly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material and equipment readiness.
• Support forecast processes and communicate job site information accurately and timely.
• Facilitate change orders from the Operations side.
