Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project operations from the regional office or jobsite, planning, scheduling, and executing activities through completion.

You will enforce safety plans, manage vendors, prepare submittals, and monitor budgets. Requirements include 2+ years in construction project management, ability to read specifications, and strong communication; proficiency with scheduling tools and Office suite is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam/Takeoff scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from start to finish, including planning and execution.
• Review contract language and scope; ensure team awareness and compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Develop construction schedules and monitor progress and costs.
• Coordinate warranties, closeout, and project turnover.
