The Keller Group in Phoenix is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while mentoring Project Engineers and Coordinators.

• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from initial planning through turnover and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and execution plans.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders and cost management.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and teams to maintain schedules and quality.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status, financial performance and timeline updates.
• Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to processes.
