This full-time position involves managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a valid GB-98 or KB-1 license, strong communication skills, and proficiency in construction management software, including Procore. Formación

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore.
• Experience with Microsoft Apps, such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities and resources.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Manage project schedules using Procore.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
