Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive in Albuquerque to drive smooth construction operations and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, project planning, and resource management skills, with experience in construction processes and regulations. Hybrid work may follow training.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Construction Software Procore, Sage.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of construction-related regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Construction Operations: manage day-to-day activities per plans, schedules, budgets.
• Team Management: lead project managers, site supervisors, and staff.
• Project Planning and Execution: develop plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: monitor budgets and expenses.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: enforce safety and quality standards.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, manage procurement.
• Problem Solving: address issues and bottlenecks promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with architects, engineers, clients.
• Regulatory Compliance: stay updated on codes and industry standards.
