Job summary

TEEL Construction, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Fairfax HQ on the Operations team. You will lead project efforts, coordinate resources, and serve as the primary liaison with owners, subs, and vendors to deliver safe, on-time, high-quality results.

This role requires strong leadership, contract oversight, and attention to financials. You will develop schedules with the superintendent, monitor progress, and drive profitable outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education and experience combinations meeting leadership requirements.
• Leadership capacity demonstrated in construction projects or teams.
• No specific software tools required stated in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and enforce all contracts.
• Own contract enforcement and monitor duties.
• Arrange permits, bonds, and insurance as required.
• Manage RFIs and submittals process.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for compliance.
• Keep field records and important transactions for the project.
• Complete project closeout per contract documents.
• Assist in buyout and contracting of vendors/subcontractors.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Create a project schedule with the Superintendent to meet client needs.
