Job summary

Ideal candidates have a four-year engineering degree and progressively responsible experience in construction management, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and supervisory skills.
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Five years of increasing responsibility in project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope and resources for the project.
• Prepare complete estimates and review proposal specs, drawings and takeoff information.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and site staff.
• Lead a pre-construction team as needed and maintain project files.
• Coordinate with site superintendent and other contractors to ensure project success.
