Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to complete the project.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates with review of specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
• Supervise construction to meet design, budget and schedule; interface with client representatives and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, engineering, material control, and site staff.
• Coordinate with the site superintendent on-site activities of trades.
