Odyssey Contracting LLC seeks an on-site Construction Manager to bridge the gap between plans and the finished home. You will own workflow, coordinate teams, and maintain client communications to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

The role requires proven CM experience, knowledge of building codes, and strong leadership to guide projects to completion with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; proficiency in Excel and construction management software is required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with knowledge of building products, codes, and modern methods.
• Communicator who translates timelines into clear milestones for customers.
• Leader with crisis-resolution skills and ability to keep projects on track.
• Planner who deconstructs large projects into manageable daily steps and keeps customers informed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workflow: manage all aspects of the project on time and on budget.
• Bridge the Gap: coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
• Master the Milestone: ensure milestones are met and communicated to the client.
• Proactive Client Connection: provide regular updates to the customer.
