Job summary

Engtal partners with a respected local general contractor in Madison, WI to hire a Project Manager for their growing commercial team. You will own projects from inception to completion, drive successful delivery, and monitor financial performance.

Daily oversight includes scheduling, cost control, risk management, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance, with healthcare project experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and organizational capabilities.
