WCG Construction in Englewood, CO is seeking a Project Manager to liaison with clients, architects, field crews, and subcontractors on active projects. You will frequently work at the site and build positive relationships to drive project success.

Responsibilities include contract preparation, scheduling, budgeting, team leadership, and processing change orders. The ideal candidate has a construction degree, 5+ years of GC experience on $10–$30M projects, CPM proficiency, and a strong safety

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience managing commercial projects for a GC valued between $10–$30M.
• CPM scheduling software experience required; ASTA a plus.
• Strong safety and hazard-awareness focus.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and subcontracts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Lead a project team and communicate project statuses and needs clearly.
• Process project change orders, budget modifications, and invoices on time and accurately.
