Job summary

Pinner Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse Los Angeles County projects, ensuring cost control, schedule adherence, safety and client satisfaction.

You will drive projects from bid to close-out, coordinate with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors, and mentor the project team to uphold Pinner Construction’s standards. You will implement site safety plans, review contracts, and maintain quality control while fostering relationships with the project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or Architecture.
• Seven years industry experience in construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost, schedules, safety and client satisfaction.
• Lead projects from bid process to conclusive close-out.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors.
• Establish site safety plans with Project Superintendent.
• Review contract terms and notify management of changes.
• Train and supervise project team per company policies.
• Plan and host project meetings with Subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and timely material delivery.
• Document project events and communicate with management.
• Support development of innovative processes to increase momentum.
