• 1 year of experience in project management or 3 years managing opportunity pipelines and vendor relationships

• Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate Excel, and ability to collaborate with technical resources
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
• Physical demands: ability to see, talk and hear; sit for 8 hours; normal office environment

Role Summary: Reporting to the Department or Location Manager, the Construction Project Manager is a key member of our team. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing projects from start to finish. The person in this role will plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with customers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Meet with customers to understand their requirements and ensure proper execution of projects

• Work Experience: 1 year of experience in project management or 3 years of experience managing opportunity pipelines and vendor relationships
• Education: High School diploma or GED
• Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate Excel usage, and the ability to collaborate with technical resources
• Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
