Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Houston invites a Construction Design/Build Project Manager Intern/Co‑op to gain hands-on exposure across the project lifecycle. You’ll work with experienced DBMs, participate in estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and site visits while developing professional skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

This internship offers competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities, housing stipend based on need, and industry mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related civil/engineering/construction degree.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Co‑op/intern experience in construction preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DBMs and project teams from concept to delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owner, engineers and architects.
• Prepare weekly reports and track progress and action items.
• Shadow on site visits and project calls to learn leadership of DBMs.
• Assist with buyout, subcontracts, and permit processes.
