Job summary

Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager III to lead ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5–$20 million. You will direct kickoff-to-closeout activities, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality, and foster collaboration among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial projects.
• Experience with multiple structural systems (steel, wood, concrete, precast, masonry).
• Experience managing $5-20M projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams from project kickoff through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee project quality and deliver high-performing spaces for clients.

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience managing projects across multiple structural systems, including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry
• Experience managing larger, more complex commercial construction projects (typically $5-20million)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
