You will drive safety culture and control project costs to achieve financial success. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and several years of construction leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of construction experience; or 8 years of construction related experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager I.

• Pre-Construction duties and planning.
• Leads job transition and start-up processes.
• Manages cost and schedule.
• Manages cash flow.
• Directs and/or oversees staff.
• Manages client relationships.
• Generates and submits technical records.
