Baker Construction in Alabama is seeking a Project Manager I to provide overall management direction on less complex project(s), establish objectives through planning and budgets, and serve as the primary contact with the client while monitoring construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent.

The role is responsible for the financial results of the project and safety on the site by perpetuating a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of experience.
• Alternatively, 8 years of construction-related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

• Responsible for Pre-Construction Duties.
• Coordinates Job Transition and Start-up Process.
• Manages Cost and Schedule.
• Manages Cash Flow.
• Oversees the Work of Direct Reports.
• Maintains Client Relationship.
• Generates and Submits Technical Records.
• Supports Construction of Project.
• Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes.
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment.
• Participates in Training/Certifications.

Formation
