Job summary

State of Idaho – Department of Administration is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects for state agencies based in Boise. You will manage budgets, RFQs, design and construction, and coordinate with design professionals and contractors to meet project goals and timelines.

Candidates should have strong relationships with customers and leadership, experience in contract development, and the ability to deliver projects within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with leadership responsibilities and budgeting.
• Ability to interpret laws, policies, procedures for stakeholders.
• Experience developing contracts and providing technical contract assistance.

Responsibilities

• Review projects with agency reps to set goals and schedules.
• Establish comprehensive project budgets and funding alignment.
• Administer contracts and RFQs for design services and delivery methods.
• Coordinate design and construction teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA standards, and regulations.
