Job summary

CINFAB is seeking a Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead project setup, budgeting, and procurement for HVAC sheet metal projects. You will coordinate handoffs, develop schedules, and manage labor and material planning on live construction sites.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in construction, OSHA 30, strong blueprint reading, and solid communication. The role involves on-site work, safety oversight, and ongoing collaboration with customers and subs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction and trades.
• OSHA 30 training required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, sheet metal and building methods.
• Ability to decipher technical drawings and produce specs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project setup and management with detailed handoff and schedule.
• Develop budgets and labor control documents for review.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors and buyout processes.
• Attend planning and scheduling meetings and manage project meetings.
• Ensure safety audits and daily on-site reporting.
• Foster client relationships and track project performance.
