Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up hotel, hospitality, and multifamily projects in the Southeast. The role is based in Jacksonville, FL with travel to project sites and relocation assistance offered.

You will own budgets, subcontractor management, and coordination with field leadership from start to finish. This hands-on PM role requires 4–5+ years of experience, with Procore, Primavera P6, and Sage proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of construction PM experience with ground-up projects.
• Managed 2–3 ground-up hospitality/hotel/multifamily projects as PM.
• Hotel/extended-stay hospitality exp preferred; multifamily also considered.
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, budgets, change orders, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up hotel, hospitality, and multifamily projects from buyout to closeout.
• Oversee two projects simultaneously, typically 10–14 months each.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and payments.
• Lead subcontractor negotiations and contract administration.
• Coordinate with Superintendents on execution, scheduling, and progress.
• Maintain relationships with owners, subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Participate in owner meetings and monitor financial performance.
• Utilize Procore, Primavera P6, and Sage for PM tasks.
• Travel to Southeast project sites about one week per month.
