Job summary

Actalent in Brookfield, CT is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead technically sophisticated commercial, healthcare, clean room, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and manufacturing projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and client coordination with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role offers growth and direct engagement with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects end-to-end.
• Experience in healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor performance management.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, controls, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication across all teams.
