Construction Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Join a leading heavy civil construction firm based outside of Philly, managing significant projects including water & wastewater plants, rail systems, power plants, and more. Position Overview: As a Project Manager, oversee one or multiple heavy civil projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing costs, schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, handling contracts, implementing QA/QC, resolving constructability issues, and leading project teams.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, with bonuses, benefits, flexible schedules, and other perks.

Requirements:

• BS in a related field
• 8+ years heavy civil construction experience
• 5+ years project management experience
• Proficiency with Bluebeam

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marine work, water/wastewater, transit projects
• Knowledge of HCSS Heavybid, Viewpoint, P6 scheduling
• Federal contracting experience
• OSHA 10/30 certifications
