Job summary

Cannon Building in Los Angeles / Orange County is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects, with a focus on OSHPD/HCAI compliance, budgets, schedules, and client communications.

You will collaborate with superintendents, engineers, architects, owners, and consultants, manage Procore and other CM software, and mentor team members while delivering high-quality healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI construction experience required.
• Design-Build project experience; DBIA certification a plus.
• Projects range from $500K–$20M; proven delivery record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, MS Project and other CM software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, architects, owners and consultants for successful delivery.
• Oversee project documentation using Procore and other CM software.
• Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI, contract documents, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Mentor project team members while maintaining strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Design-Build projects (DBIA certification is a plus).
• Track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $500K–$20M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem‑solving skills.
