Qualifications

• Must have technical knowledge of all trades.
• Practical knowledge of construction, equipment, contract law, and human relations.
• Knowledge of estimating, negotiating, scheduling, and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with Project Superintendents and Project Engineers.
• Establish relationships with Owners, Developers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the project team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Review and approve all written communications regarding the project.

Skills

Technical knowledge of all trades

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Engineering degree plus four years practical construction experience or equivalent eight years experience
