Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to organize residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality work.

This role welcomes candidates with construction experience or those ready to grow into project management. The position involves visiting job sites, maintaining schedules and records, tracking progress and costs, and learning construction

Qualifications

• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Construction or project coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
