Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to organize residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will work with crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality work.

Candidates with construction experience are welcome, as are those ready to grow into project management. The role involves visiting job sites, coordinating teams, tracking costs, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications

• Construction or project coordination experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Comfortable visiting job sites when necessary.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
